Terms of service

Communication

Our primary means of communication is via email. We will send receipts, invoices and updates about domain or web hosting services via email. Once we send you an email, we become legally exonerated for any unforeseen loss of service, property or business.

Payments

Most of our services are paid for annually - 12 months from the day of sign up. You should organize to make payments when they are due to avoid your service being interrupted.

Domain renewal

Late domain name renewal beyond the grace period may result in a penalty or the domain may be purchased by a third party. We will not be held liable in such situations.

Illegal activities

We do not allow our hosted websites to engage in illegal activities as defined by the Kenyan law. Involvement in copyright infringement, pornography, fraud is not allowed.

Spam emails

Sending unsolicited commercial emails is unethical. Our email servers can only send 2000 email per day (200 per hour). We take complains of spammers on our servers seriously and you may loss your services for engaging in Spam.
